I would like to Transcribe Audios juts like the attached file. please help

Yes, Amara also works with audio files. However, as with all Amara transcription, the original media file must be accessible online.

And you can download each of the existing subtitle sets as a TXT file by going to the relevant language sub-page and choosing TXT from the drop list that opens from the Download button.
