original subtitles from vimeo don't show

i am translating a series of vimeo videos which has been working fine so far. i used to translate the original english subtitles into german line by line. now, with the last three videos, there is a problem, as the original subtitles don't show on amara when i open the video to work on it here. any advice?

Please indicate the URLs of the Amara pages where the original subtitles don't show - if the original vimeo videos are public.

If the original vimeo videos are private, please create a ticket that will go to Amara tech staff, tho will be able to help you.
