youtube sync issues

First, thanks for the link to you very interesting YouTube channel.
As to its videos that do not sync properly to Amara, have you tried the Check for Syncing Issues >>> link in your Amara account, as explained in the How to check why subtitles failed to sync to your video tutorial? If the suggested methods do not work, please create a ticket via https://support.amara.org/support/tickets/new : it will go to Amara's tech staff, who will know how to help you.

We are testing out Amara as we get many requests from foreign-language speakers looking to translate our animated interviews into their native language. We have synced/linked youtube.com/blankonblank but only some of our live videos appear. anyone know how to troubleshoot or to get missing videos to appear as part of our videos?
