A video was removed from my tasks...

...after I had already started to work on it.

I searched for it again but it seems to have been taken off from the platform.

Is this something to do with copyright?

Hi Charo,

Could you give more details, please:

Do you still know the URL of the video? Otherwise, do you remember its title? Also, you speak of "tasks", so was the video added to a team that uses tasks? If yes, which?

Thank you in advance.

Best,

Claude

Hi Claude,

Here is the video:
https://amara.org/en/videos/TOPKMK7AcPPi/info/the-sonic-boom-problem-katerina-kaouri/?tab=video

As for "Tasks" I mean the tasks tab on the team page. I found the video there, "unassigned", and in need of Spanish subtitles.I clicked on "start now" and work on it with the subtitle editor. After I exited the editor the video was gone from my own assigned tasks list (not the team's) and I couldn't find it on the team's page tasks tab until this morning. But it had already been subtitled.

Many thanks to you.

Charo

Hi Charo

Could it be that when you exited the editor, you submitted your work for revision? This would remove the Spanish translation from your tasks.

Otherwise, could you please create a ticket describing again what happened? Tickets go to Amara's tech staff who'll be able to help you.

Best,

Claude
