Login error

I am trying to login into Amara, but I got this error:
========
We're sorry - you've encountered an error.

Please help us fix it by filing a ticket at our support center.

Get back to amara.org
=======
My login and password are correct, because when I put it wrongly, Amara tell me it is wrong.

My username is: rafaels88

I logged once, but in the day after, I got this error.

Thanks.

Thank you for reporting this login issue, Rafael. I created a ticket in your name for it, because I reply on  behalf of Amara
to simple questions asked on this forum, but I don't have the technical knowledge or access that are needed to address your issue.

You should have received a notification of the ticket, with a link to it. If you haven't, please let me know in a comment to this topic.

Best,

Claude Almansi

Please, can someone help me. I  have the same problem, I cannot login Amara, it appears the same message of error: Not secure site.

Thank you so much.

Thank you for pointing out this issue, Gracacns.

Could you please create a ticket, repeating your description and also indicating the browser (and operative system) you are using? Tech staff who will get your ticket will be able to tell you whether it is safe to add an exception for Amara login to your browser. My guess is that it is OK, but I am not a web security expert.

Best,

Claude Almansi

Update: I see you have already create a ticket #96871 "Error login Amara": so no need to make a new one. However the message you quote in the ticket does not mention the not secure site: maybe you could add this in a reply to the ticket?

Thank you Claude. The  Chrome (browser)  message is:

Info Info or Not secure

The site isn't using a private connection. Someone might be able to see or change the information you send or get through this site.

You might see a "Login not secure" or "Payment not secure" message. We suggest that you don't enter sensitive details, like passwords or credit cards.

On some sites, you can visit a more secure version of the page:

Select the address bar.Delete http://, and enter https:// instead.

If that doesn't work, contact the site owner to ask that they secure the site and your data with HTTPS.

Hope you can help. Thank you so much.

Thank you Claude. The message the browser (crome and firefox) give me is:

and I tryed to put "https://amara.org/pt"  manual and in 1 second arrive the Amara page "secure" and quickly come again "not secure".

I hope you can help. Thank you so much.

Thank you, Graça - and apologies for the temporary block of your reply by the ***** spam filter.

Have you tried using https://www.amara.org/en/auth/login/?next=/ to log in? When I do, the browser (Firefox) says "Vérifié par COMODO CA Ltd" and has the "green padlock" (OK) security icon.

Thank you Claude. In fact it appear now as secure, with "https" and green but still I cannot login, it appears the same error.

Could youu please see and help, please.

Thank you for this new info, Graça.

I added it in a note  to your ticket #96871, so that tech staff can use it in advising you: unfortunately, I don't know how to.

Best,

Claude

Trying to add subtitles for a video by logging in via Facebook but keeps giving me login error.

Apologies for the long delay, Andrew. Does the issue persist? If yes: could you please create a ticket indicating your username? Tech staff will be able to look into the problem and solve it.

Best,

Claude Almansi
