Please delete first instance & check language of the second

Hi,
I added subs to a video, which are not complete and clicked "it's 100% complete". I tried to overwrite the translation, but created a new instance instead.
Can you please remove the first instance? {"base_state": {"language": "nl"}, "video_url": "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YSng46U_XPw"}
The second instance is also in Dutch (I selected it correct, as indicated on the screen) but the the link to embed and the drop down menu refer to "Slovak" {"base_state": {"language": "sk"}, "video_url": "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YSng46U_XPw"}
