Please see Margarita Shamraeva's reply to your Ticket #70292 where you apparently asked the same question. Tickets are the way to go for requesting the deletion of a video, but as Margarita wrote in her reply, you might also try adding the new vimeo URL to the Amara page, and make it primary.
