All the sudden I cannot download the subtitles I made (502 bad gateway)

This message appears when the Amara server is too busy: usually, if you wait a while and try again, it works normally.

I just made a subtitles and when I am trying to download the subtitles
it gives me this message says
502 bad gateway
Anybody knows what to do?
