I am unable to do any subtitling even though I got the amara confirmation email. It says "your application is pending"....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Islam,

I take it you clicked on the activation link in the confirmation e-mail? If so:

how long has your application been shown as pending?
did you apply for a general Amara account or for a TED account?
if for a general Amara account, did you apply filling in the form or via an external app (twitter, facebook...)?
