Having difficulty to take a task received as a Job Order by mail

First time on Amara ON Demand:

I am receiving Job Orders by mail, but when I click on the "Link to Tasks " it takes me to Available Assignments on the Dashboard, I see the Job Order description there , but nothing happens when I click on it.

Can someone explain how to proceed to take an a Job Order received by mail ?

Thank you for your question, Nathalie.

Unfortunately, I am unable to answer it because I am not competent in Amara On Demand (AOD) workings. You could contact an admin/owner of your AOD team or contact the Amara technical team in a ticket. Please add AOD in the subject line, as this will expedite the answer, fill the other fields and copy your question in the "Description" box, also indicating the team name.
