desynchronized video in YT

Hi, I translated a video of a YouTube channel as the girl who owns it put the Amara link in the description box. I logged in, translated everything from English to Spanish, synced it and pressed "publish". Subtitles have been added to the video but they are complete desynchronized while in Amara subtitles are perfect.
