I cannot access to my translate account

Hello,

I cannot access to my translate account.

I open an account yesterday and translate one video.

And I forgot my password and I reset it.

Then I can log in again with same email address but this time different user name.

I still received advice from editor via email but when I log in to my amara account, there is no activity nor messages.

Please help!

Thank you for referring this issue, Zinpaing Htoo.

When you use a reset password, you must use it with your username, not with your email address. If you use it with your email address, this will create a new account that does not contain your activity with the previous account.

If you cannot open your first account, please create a ticket. It will go to tech staff who will be able to help you better.
