I too am having problems opening the Public Workspace presently. If you create a ticket, it will go to Amara's tech staff, and they'll be able to help you (and I'll be able to follow the ticket too).

I got an answer from tech staff: engineers are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it.

My problem got solved after I posted my issue in here though, when I logged out and then logged in again.
Then everyting was okay with adding video etc.
