I am working on a project about collaborative platforms and I would know what tool has been used to create this one (sorry for my english I am french).

Indeed, Brian, Amara support uses Freshdesk. I thought elias was referring to the Amara.org collaborative platform: I know very little about the latter's building blocks, hence my suggestion to elias. I should have thought of your hypothesis: thanks.
