Can anybody translate this video? Ive been searching english subtitle but i didn't found.

A video must already be published online in order to create an Amara subtitling page from its URL. So:

If the video you allude to is already published online, please use its URL in order to create an Amara subtitling page;
If the video you allude to is not yet published online, please publish it online, then use its URL in order to create an Amara subtitling page;

Once you've done this, please come back to this discussion and indicate the URL of the Amara page.
