What could i do if subtitle is not showing up on youtube video? will it help if i create the subtitle from your site? i have done it directly on youtube, it says published but its not showing up

Apologies for the belated reply, Elvira. I can now see Russian subtitles in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4E1yIFT7bQ, i.e. the "for viewers" URL: I can't open your working URL, but I guess if you want to fine-tune the synchronization, for instance, you could?
