I try to upload subtitles by using the "upload subtitles" window but it doesn't work.
The .xml file upload (i see the % running), i wait until the end of the import, then i close the window clicking on the red x as precised on your "help solutions", then i wait (for hours), and nothing happened. I try 3 times already.
Could you help me please? Did i miss something in the process?
The big XML files you attached seem to define the parameters of a video, not of subtitles. CC subtitle files are much lighter: see the attached one, for Revoir le concert : En Grèce, la revanche des rêves, avec Angélique Ionatos: only 129kb for over 90 minutes of video. Subtitle files only define the content of each sub, its starting and ending time.
Now I can view the video, and the subtitles you have uploaded for it yesterday, in the Amara page. I can also view it - in ref. to your ticket #69411- as embedded in your anaissartini.com/spasibo-shortfilm/spasibo-shortfilm/WATCH.html page (using Firefox 23.0.1 on a a MacBook running on Mac OS X 10.6.8).
However, why aren't the subtitles listed in chronological order? Also, why are some accented letters rendered incorrectly in the French subtitles ("ŕ" instead of "à", "ę" instead of "ê")? Could you attach here - or in your ticket #69411 - the subtitles you uploaded yesterday? Subtitle files uploaded to Amara should be encoded as UTF-8.

The video is the only one on my profile: http://www.amara.org/fr/videos/F1XIewkAJJl4/url/666137/
I attach .xml files ( 1french, 1 english, 1 russian) with this mail.
Looking forward to hear from you,
Anaïs
