Thank you for your question, sajedah ayesh. However I was able to upload your subtitles as the Arabic subtitles of the Sandbox, both from the video page and from the editor, as explained in How do I upload subtitles and transcripts?.
So they seem fine. Could you please indicate the URL of the Amara page where you are trying to upload them? Also, is your internet connection a bit weak at times?

How could I upload subtitles that I have already done,
after I have done it, dialoug box appears to tell me that there is an error and you should download your subtitle, and the box said you could upload it again when there is no problem, what should I do?
