Delete Burmese subtitles

Hi, Jonathan
You can simply overwrite the present "Burmese " subtitles that are
actually in English in the translation interface. Or,if you already
have fully translated subtitles, you can upload them.
Should the software refuse the upload, first open the editing interface,
do Save and Exit, but uncheck the box for "These subtitles cover the
entire video".
