Application pending error

Thank you for reporting this, Balasz. If the greeting email can be replied to, you should write the sender explaining what's happening. If it was sent from a "No-reply" address, could you please create a ticket from https://support.amara.org/support/tickets/new ? It will go to the tech staff who will be able to look into it.
Please copy in the ticket the greeting email (including header), indicate the OS and browser you are using. And if the team is an Amara On Demand team, i.e. a paying team please add OnDemand in the subject of the ticket.

I already have the greeting e-mail (Welcome aboard) but even after six days I am unable to start subtitling and on my dashboard I got the "Your application is pending" message. Am I doing something wrong or what. Help would be appreciated.
