If you are the uploader of the original YouTube video, you can download the Italian subtitles you made with Amara, then add them to the YouTube video, as explained in the "Upload a file section" of the https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2734796 tutorial.
If you are not the uploader of the original YouTube video, you could try to contact the uploader, give him/her the URL of your Amara Italian subtitles, explain how to download them, and how to add them to the video following the instructions in he "Upload a file section" of the https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2734796 tutorial. Sometimes video uploaders do it, sometimes not.
