Hello everyone,

I'm trying to translate a transcript but I cannot click on the Shift+Enter button on the Keyboard Controls section.

Can someone help me?

~~However, Shift+Enter works for me on a Macbook with OS 10.6.8, using Firefox 44.0.2. What is the OS of your computer, and which browser are you using, please?~~

Sorry, I misread your post: you're right, the Shift+Enter button is not clickable. If there is a reason you cannot use the Shift (Maiuscola) +Enter key combination, please let me know.

Facing the same issue on an iPad. The shift and enter key combination isn't working. Is there a workaround for this?

Hi Asma, Maybe you could leave the insertion of line breaks to the end, and then use Siri to dictate the line break commands? I've done it once with the android equivalent speech-to-text, and it worked. A bit of a pain, though. So you could also wait until you can use a computer ?
