Thank you for reporting this issue, Salah.
If you have not yet created a ticket, can you please do so, using the https://support.amara.org/support/tickets/new form, and indicating the Amara user name you are trying to sign into? This is something only Amara's tech staff can solve, and a ticket will go directly to them.
If you have already created a ticket, please ignore the former paragraph, and be patient: tech staff have many tickets to address.
