As this is a technical matter, could you please create a ticket - via http://support.amara.org/support/tickets/new - about it, also maybe indicating 2 Amara pages you created: one where the English subtitles got added, and one where they did not? Tickets go to the technical staff who will be able to answer you.

All the subtitles in the videos ELLEN, WHITE HOUSE and SESAME STREET that I upload already have the English subtitles. They used to be automatically uploaded. NOT ANYMORE... Can you solve this problem, please?
