"Yes, start syncing" does not work because you have empty subtitles after your last one, "(Applaudissements)". As the task is still yours, open your subtitles in the editing tool and delete the empty subtitles: you should then be able to use

Hello,
I've finished translating the video "How singing together changes the brain | Tania de Jong AM | TEDxMelbourne " (French subtitles) but I cannot submit it. I clicked on 'Yes,start syncing' but it does not seem to have any effect.
Can someone please help me?
