Thank you for your question: you seem to have edited these subtitles yesterday, though: has the issue gone away? I at least was able to play the video and to enter the editing interface of your subtitles.

Yes we were able to contact support and they fixed it up. Apparently our video had been marked as spam. Thank you though!

So when we went to edit today we found out the page to our video doesn't exist.
