The sound of the video doesn't work...ㅠㅠ

I started making Korean subtitle of "The leaders who ruined Africa, and the generation who can fix it" but I couldn't hear any sound of the video...! I already checked all the sound conditions of my computer ㅠㅠ but still it does not work


What should I do? ㅠㅠ

Does the problem continue? I'm asking because I can presently hear the sound of the video.

Hello.

I have the same problem.

I can not hear sound only when I play the video in my subtitling window.

In adittion, Tab key does not work and my subtitle does not come out on the video.

Thank you for reporting this problem, Saeko Hashimoto. As this is a technical issue, could you please create a ticket for it, indicating the URL of a video where this happens, the operating system of your computer and what browser you use?

Adding a screenshot of the player where the subtitles should appear but don't would also be useful.

Actually, the technical issue has been dissolved spontaneously and now I can hear the sound, the tab key works, and the subtitle appears on the video.


Anyway, thank for your advice and I will remember your advice when I have technical issues again.
