i am getting a message that the english subtitle track on my video is "locked." it's my video so i'm not sure why i can't access the track. i have two people working on it currently. i've searched the support forum and can't find any information on:
#1 how to lock a track and
#2 how to gain access once it's been locked.
Could anyone please help me with this?

You probably got this message because someone else was already working on the subtitles when you tried to: that's the only situation I know of that a subtitle set can be locked on normal Amara video pages.
However, if a video page has been added to a team, its subtitling might be blocked if the administrators and owners of the team have set workflows defining who can do what to subtitles of the team's video pages. But this is not so in the case you mention.
