Could you please indicate what's the Operating System of the computer you're using, and what browser you're using?
I'm asking because I had the same issue with version 30,0 of Firefox, but not anymore with version 31.0. What I did when that happened was hide the timeline: this usually made the indications reappeaar.And then I'd unhide the timeline.

Hello, guys!!
I'm facing a weird problem: sometimes there's one little part of the subtitles I'm creating that doesn't has the informations on the right, u know? (character counting, when it starts, when it ends etc.).
Why does this happens?? Can u help me, please??
I've attached 2 print-screens: on with the error, and one, selecting a subtitle that is """ok""", where its informations are available.
