Hi.....,

I am a new member.....

I can never get the subtitle editor opened.

After I klick the 'create Indonesian subtitle' this will come up (bellow image). The clock is ticking, and I can not do the translation. Please help me, what to do...

Hi Germania,

Thank you for reporting this. I've sometimes had problems opening the subtitle editor when my internet connection is wobbly. If this is not your case, could you please create a ticket (via http://support.amara.org/support/tickets/new), indicating the Operating System of your computer and which browser you're using, as well as the URL of the video/s where this happens?

In fact, tickets go to the tech staff who'll be better able than me to help you.
