http://www.amara.org/en/videos/B6rk5aJhuEJk/info/les-super-metro-bande-annonce-hd-2012/ normally: maybe it was a temporary glitch.
I can see it now, but it looks more like it fell into someone's moderation queue rather than glitched. It'd really like to know who and why that was...
In any case, I did turn to another service in the meantime. Having to wait an unknown amount of time for an unknown someone to react just isn't acceptable.
Hi Rémi,
Happy subtitling, with whatever service you use.
Though now the question is purely academic, I can assure you that the only subtitling that's moderated on Amara is the subtitling happening in a few teams that have an explicit moderation workflow, like the TED team. And as your video wasn't added to any team, no one could have moderated its subtitles.
Regards,
Claude Almansi
PS: I've now checked the recent tickets: there was one by another user about the same issue, posted around the same time as your topic. And the reply from the tech staff was indeed that the glitch had been caused by a technical problem on Amara's side.

Hi,
I added a YouTube video to Amara a while back a transcribed its French dialog. Today I translated these to English, but there is no way to use them when playing the video.
Looking around (actually I had to use the embed to even get that information... nice...) I see that these are marked as "moderated", however I don't think this video belongs to any moderation team. None shows up, plus I'm the one who added this video in the first place.
What is going on? What good is a subtitling platform if you can't get it to show subtitles?
