You've done nothing wrong, it's a glitch: other similar instances of what you describe have been reported in this forum and in tickets, then solved by Amara developers. So I took the liberty to create a ticket (#72930) from your topic: you should have been notified. If not, please say so in a reply here.

Hi everyone,
I've just improved french subtitles on this video :

Now they're complete but when i click on the "play" button, subtitles don't appear on the video. I'm new on this website so I don't understand everything for the moment. Can somebody explain me what have I done wrong ?
