HELP: GONE is the subtitle COMPLETE button on the progression panel to the right from the video player

Thank you for reporting this issue, Etheroyang. I don't have it, so maybe it was a temporary glitch that got solved in the meantime? If it persists for you, please give the link to the video where it happens, and possibly add a screenshot.
And even if you can't mark your subtitles complete, you can save them - or is the Save button gone too, for you?

Suddenly realized that I can't submit my subtitles after many hours of working on them...
