In the subject line, please add OnDemand, as this will expedite the treatment of the ticket. And in the body, rather than a screenshot of your activity page, please just give the URLs of the subtitle sets you made.

Dear Amara On Demand Recruiting Team,
I created and published German subtitles for two videos: "city: Zürich | euromaxx" and "Reiseführer Berlin: Sehenswürdigkeiten und Kosten (deutsch)" as you can see on my Profile under the 'Activity' tab. I hope that you were able to see these videos and the German subtitles that I created.
Please let me know if you received these videos and my application documents for the German Subtitler position since it took time and effort to create subtitles for these first two videos.
