I am not sure I understand you correctly, but if you mean, how can I jump to the point you had reached in the video when you start transcribing again: normally the software will take you automatically there if no one has gone on transcribing. 

When I am transcribing a long video, I usually write the time reached at the end of the last caption I did before exiting, hoping potential others will do the same. If they don't, I start syncing what is already transcribed instead.

If this is not what you meant, please explain further.
