How to ensure that changes in the SRT file are accurately synchronized with the translation already on the platform without losing any data?

Assuming that you mean the SRT file in the same language as the existing translation:

Amara keeps a history of subtitle changes, so

you could upload your SRT file;
open the former and last revisions in the editor, to check if any data has been lost
if so, you can use the former revision to complete the last one.
