Thank you for this question, Unjudosely.
No, you cannot link to the timeline when you are in typing view. But you can edit a particular subtitle when you move on to syncing your subtitles.

Hey! Amara's Typing View can be tricky. I also struggled with timestamp navigation. A workaround is noting the subtitle number, then using the timeline's zoom function for precise jumps. Maybe a feature request to sync Typing View directly? For a quick brain break while subtitling, try Wordle Unlimited! Then you can use tunnel rush to get back on track.

I'm new to using Amara and I have a question about the Typing View feature. When I'm working on transcribing a video, is there a way to quickly jump to the point in the video where a specific subtitle starts? In the Typing View, the subtitles and video don't seem to be synchronized, so I can't easily navigate to a particular subtitle timestamp.
Is there a way to link the Typing View to the video timeline, or some other method to quickly navigate to a specific subtitle location? This would be very helpful when I need to go back and edit or review a particular subtitle section.
