Why does it say 'incomplete' subtitles

Hi Safetex
When I entered the editing interface http://www.amara.org/en/subtitles/editor/5nEWH2oO2L4l/en/ right now, the blue "Complete" button was showing in the list of actions top right.
I didn't click it because it would have attributed the last revision to me, but if you do, it should mark the subtitles as complete and take you back to the main page of the video.

How do I get Amara to show 'complete'?
